How do I submit a funds withdrawal request?

Please ensure your external account is properly linked before attempting a withdrawal request. This means adding in your PayPal information by selecting the corresponding payment method from the drop-menu on the "Cash Back Dashboard" screen and clicking the "Add" button. Once that is done, you can enter in the amount you wish to request and click the green "Submit Request" button. Once confirmed, please allow up to 10 business days for the withdrawal request to be processed.
Please note that PayPal withdrawals will require clicking a confirmation link in an email sent to the address on file within 24 hours or the request may be canceled.
