How do I inquire about a purchase that does not appear in my account?

Purchases will generally appear in your transaction history within 10-14 days of purchase completion. If the purchase does not appear within 14 days of purchase, please fill out the Missing Purchases form at the bottom of the "Cash Back DashBoard" page.
Please note that we can only accept missing purchase requests for purchases made within the past 14-90 days. For travel purchases, please do not submit the request until after travel is completed.
